A Share Link is unavailable or expired

Understand what to do when a public report link no longer opens.

If you own the report

1. Open Reporting.
2. Find the report.
3. Check the Share Link status.

If the link has expired and you have active paid access, use Renew Share Link to create a new 180-day link. The previous URL will not work after renewal.

If someone sent you the link

Ask the report owner for a new Share Link. An expired or replaced public URL cannot be reactivated by the recipient.
