Troubleshooting

PDF will not save or share

Retry PDF creation from an available saved report.

Try again from the report

  1. Make sure the report is still available to your account.
  2. Open Reporting.
  3. Tap View Report.
  4. Tap Download PDF.
  5. Choose a save or share destination when Android opens the device flow.

If PDF creation still fails, close and reopen the report and try once more. If the report itself is unavailable, the PDF action will not be available until report access is restored.
