Game Sessions
Track and correct innings
Mark a new inning as the Game moves forward, or correct inning boundaries when reviewing plate appearances.
Mark the next inning while tracking
- In an active Game, use the green inning flag icon when the current inning is ending.
- The flag marks the next inning as pending. Tap it again if you need to undo that pending change.
- Advance to the next batter to begin the new inning. The inning boundary belongs before the new plate appearance, not partway through the previous one.
Edit innings in Session Review
- Open Session Review and go to Plate Appearances.
- Use the available inning controls to add, move, or remove an inning boundary where an inning actually changes.
- If you began recording in the middle of the game, adjust the starting inning as needed.
- Review the inning headings and the at-bat order after your correction.
Inning boundaries do not change the pitches or their order. The report shows inning dividers such as 3RD INNING at recorded boundaries.
Older gamesHistorical Game sessions may have no manually marked inning boundaries. An inning shown by default is not proof that every inning was tracked. Add or correct boundaries only when you know the game sequence.
