Understand report and Share Link availability

Know what stays available on Free and paid access.

Signed-in reports

• On the Free plan, saved reports remain available for 90 days.
• Active paid access restores signed-in access to retained reports, including retained reports created before upgrading.
• If paid access ends, Free availability rules apply again.

Public Share Links

• Free Share Links are available for 90 days.
• Share Links created with paid access are available for 180 days.
• An expired public link does not automatically become active again if you later upgrade.

If a retained report is available to you and you have active paid access, you can create or renew a Share Link from Reporting.
